Our university is dedicated to advancing teaching through interdisciplinary, digital, and innovative approaches, aiming to deepen students’ skills and humanistic qualities in various medical fields. This effort seeks to enhance the quality of future healthcare professionals’ medical services and clinical skills.
In response to the evolving demands for future talents, cultivating talents with a focus on competencies and fostering abilities in the STEAM field have become crucial for career development. Therefore, in the second phase (Years 112-116) of our in-depth plan, the university established the “Innovation Interdisciplinary College” to integrate interdisciplinary, innovation, and various English-medium instruction (EMI) capacity-building courses across all departments.
We are also promoting faculty training in “Competency-based and Interdisciplinary Teaching” to guide students in discovering their potential and interests. Through digitally transformative teaching, we aim to cultivate forward-thinking talents required by future industries.
