中山醫學大學高教深耕計畫,採取十六大策略,各學院發展其特色以達到學校願景。醫學院致力於深化醫學人文素養,推動跨領域敘事能力,建立永續健康社區,並強化護理專業精神與醫學人文課程,學生透過製作醫學人文微電影和參與VR教案情境討論倫理與法律議題,提升思辨與溝通能力。口腔醫學院專注於AI精準牙醫學教育,透過顯微之美攝影比賽、頭戴式放大鏡課程、顯微縫合競賽等活動,提升學生的實際操作技巧和專業素養,並運用數位創客中心的技術進行牙科實驗,增強學生的創新能力和實作經驗。

在數位轉型教學策略,體現在跨域創新數位教學,如數位解剖台的應用及虛擬實境教材的開發,提供安全演練環境,提升學生自主學習能力。醫學院的教學品保精進策略包括優化模擬醫學及臨床技能訓練,以及國考輔導班的設立,提高國考通過率,獲得高滿意度。此外,跨領域虛擬實境復健治療結合AR、VR技術,進行創新設計與治療,提升學生的創新思維及實作能力。這些策略和成果展示了中山醫學大學在教學創新、跨域整合、醫學人文素養以及數位轉型等方面的卓越成就,為學生提供多元化的學習機會和實踐平台。

在教師增能培力方面採取了多元策略,致力於提升教師的專業能力和教學質量。透過多元跨域、創新教學和數位學習的深化計畫,學校推動教師的數位素養和跨領域能力。教職員參與的專業社群活動頻繁,113年度共計通過18個社群並辦理至少38場社群活動,涵蓋AI導入教學、ChatGPT應用、專利權知識等多樣主題,強化教師的專業知識和實踐能力。此外,學校積極支持教師進修第二專長和參與教學實踐研究計畫,為教師提供廣泛的培訓和資源,以提升教學質量和學生學習成效。這些努力不僅提高了教師的專業素養,也促進了教學創新和數位轉型。

Chung Shan Medical University’s Higher Education Sprout Project adopts sixteen major strategies, with each college developing its unique characteristics to achieve the university’s vision. The College of Medicine is dedicated to deepening medical humanities, promoting interdisciplinary narrative capabilities, establishing sustainable health communities, and enhancing nursing professionalism and medical humanities courses. Students create medical humanities microfilms and participate in VR case studies to discuss ethical and legal issues, improving their critical thinking and communication skills. The College of Dentistry focuses on AI precision dentistry education through activities such as the Beauty of Microscopy Photography Contest, head-mounted magnifier courses, and microsuture competitions, which enhance students’ practical skills and professional qualities. They also use the Digital Maker Center’s technology for dental experiments, fostering students’ innovation capabilities and practical experience.

In digital transformation teaching strategies, the focus is on interdisciplinary innovative digital teaching, such as the application of digital anatomy tables and the development of virtual reality teaching materials, providing a safe training environment and enhancing students’ autonomous learning abilities. The College of Medicine’s strategies for teaching quality improvement include optimizing simulation medicine and clinical skills training, and establishing national exam tutoring classes to increase pass rates and achieve high satisfaction. Additionally, interdisciplinary virtual reality rehabilitation treatment combines AR and VR technologies for innovative design and treatment, enhancing students’ innovative thinking and practical abilities. These strategies and achievements demonstrate Chung Shan Medical University’s excellence in teaching innovation, interdisciplinary integration, medical humanities, and digital transformation, providing students with diverse learning opportunities and practical platforms.

In terms of faculty empowerment, the university employs various strategies to enhance teachers’ professional abilities and teaching quality. Through multi-disciplinary, innovative teaching and digital learning enhancement plans, the university promotes teachers’ digital literacy and interdisciplinary capabilities. Faculty members frequently participate in professional community activities, with a total of 18 communities approved and at least 38 community activities conducted in the 113th academic year, covering topics such as AI in teaching, ChatGPT applications, and patent knowledge, strengthening teachers’ professional knowledge and practical skills. Additionally, the university actively supports teachers in pursuing a second specialty and participating in teaching practice research projects, providing extensive training and resources to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes. These efforts not only enhance teachers’ professional competence but also promote teaching innovation and digital transformation.
